Yes. We ship from our US and European warehouses within 1 to 3 days, and delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days after that, weeks before the December rush.
He has 60 days from delivery to return it, unworn and in its box, with free return labels in the US and EU. An order placed in November is still covered after the holidays.
Our cases are around 40mm, a size that suits most wrists. The bracelet is sized by removing links, and the tools to do it are in the box.
Any manufacturing or material defect, for five years. Write to contact@valusis.com and we arrange a repair or a replacement.
