We are committed to ensuring the highest quality for our products. Under this limited warranty, the parts and workmanship of your watch are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

Should any issues arise during the 5-year period, VALUSIS will cover all shipping costs for sending the replacement watch back to the customer’s specified address. Alternatively, if the defect is repairable, we will offer a partial refund to get it fixed at a local watch store.

Warranty Coverage Details

The VALUSIS warranty covers a wide range of components to ensure your timepiece remains in perfect working condition. Specifically, it includes:

• Movement: Any manufacturing defects related to the internal movement mechanism, ensuring precise and accurate timekeeping within the standard range.
• Case: Faults in the watch case due to defective materials or workmanship, ensuring the watch internal components remain protected.
• Bracelet or Strap: Manufacturing defects in the bracelet or strap, including issues upon arrival with links, clasps, or stitching, ensuring secure and comfortable wear.
• Hands and Indexes: Defects affecting the watch hands or indexes, ensuring correct positioning and providing clear and accurate time reading.
• Water Resistance: Water damage resulting from a manufacturing defect in the crown, gaskets, or case seal under normal conditions (swimming, rain, splashes, handwashing).
• Damage Caused by Accidents: Including damage to strap buckles, bracelets, or watch glass, we typically send a replacement part for the accident to resolve these cases as quickly as possible.
• Visible and Clear Misalignment in: Dial indices, Bezel, Date Window.
• Asymmetry in: Logo and Brand name, Crown.

This warranty is applicable under normal conditions of use, providing peace of mind and ensuring your watch performs flawlessly.

Warranty Limitations

The following are not covered under your guarantee:

• Batteries replacement: Applicable only to quartz watches, since automatic watches are powered by your natural wrist movement and are built to keep running for a lifetime.
• Everyday wear or scratches;
• Theft or loss;
  
• Damage caused intentionally
• Exposure to extreme temperatures or splashes from chemical substances

When the goods are received, customers must carefully inspect the watch for any defects. Before proceeding with our warranty, VALUSIS team will ask for clear pictures with the watch.
