WATCH WARRANTY

We are committed to ensuring the highest quality for our products. Under this limited warranty, the parts and workmanship of your watch are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

Should any issues arise during the 2 year period, customers are required to return the watches to the VALUSIS warehouses located in the United States and EUROPE, Netherlands. VALUSIS will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement watch back to the customer’s specified address.

Warranty Coverage Details

The VALUSIS warranty covers a wide range of components to ensure your timepiece remains in perfect working condition. Specifically, it includes:

  • Movement: Any manufacturing defects related to the internal movement mechanism, ensuring precise and accurate timekeeping.
  • Case: Faults in the watch case due to defective materials or workmanship, ensuring the watch internal components remain protected.
  • Bracelet or Strap: Manufacturing defects in the bracelet or strap, including issues with links, clasps, or stitching, ensuring secure and comfortable wear.
  • Hands and Indexes: Defects affecting the watch hands or indexes, ensuring correct positioning and providing clear and accurate time reading.
  • Visible and Clear Misalignment in: Dial Scales, Case Eyes, Date Window.
  • Asymmetry in: Logo and Brand name, Crown.

This warranty is applicable under normal conditions of use, providing peace of mind and ensuring your watch performs flawlessly. Other components or areas not included in the above will not be covered by this warranty. All issues mentioned above are recognized as manufacturing defects and are fully covered under the warranty.

Warranty Limitations

The following are not covered under your guarantee: 1. Batteries, straps, or bracelets; 2. Damage caused intentional or by accidents and improper handling, including damage to strap buckles, bracelets, and watch glass; 3. Water damage if the watch was used while diving or swimming due to risk of improper crown locking leading to moisture and water penetration; 4. Everyday wear and scratches; 5. Tarnishing of the watch bracelet or case; 6. Theft or loss; 7. Exposure to more than minor splashes of chemical substances like perfume, cosmetics, and cleaning products or water; 8. Exposure to extreme temperatures.

When the goods are received, customers must carefully inspect the watch for any defects. When preparing a return, it is mandatory to repackage the watch in the original packaging method to prevent any potential damage during transportation. Before proceeding with anything we will need clear pictures with the watch.
