General Return Policy & Eligibility for Return
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return any product, if it is unused, and in its original packaging with all the stickers attached.
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days according to European laws. At VALUSIS, we extend this to 60 days as part of our standard return policy, the same conditions apply. To withdraw, please follow the steps below:

Before returning the package, please contact us. Unauthorized returns will not be processed by our warehouse.

Return Labels & Restocking Fees
In most cases (for some customers in the US and EU), we may be able to provide a pre-paid return label. We do not charge any additional restocking fees for returned items.
When preparing a return, it is needed to repackage the watch in the original packaging method to prevent any potential damage during transportation.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition and in its original packaging with all security tags and stickers attached. Customers in certain countries are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and the import VAT inside the EU. Once your return has been accepted, you can use your own label after receiving special instructions from us.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you if your refund is approved and your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If the issue is our fault (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped), we will evaluate the issue, make it right, and cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Incorrect Shipping Information or Custom Declaration
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information when placing an order through VALUSIS. In case the address provided is incorrect, the shipping company will fail to deliver the package. They will attempt to redeliver the package or send it back to our warehouse so we can redeliver it.
We cover taxes & duties for most countries in the EU and for the US. If the package is held by customs because of additional taxes and the customer fails to cover the cost, the package will have to be returned to us before we can ship a new one. In case the package is destroyed and you no longer want the product, we will partially refund the payment minus the product cost.
Change of Shipping Address or Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the Customer may request a change to the shipping address only if the order has not yet been shipped. VALUSIS will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but does not guarantee the change of shipping address or order cancellation. If the order has already left and the package fails to be delivered, the customer will have to wait until the order arrives back at our warehouse. If the wrong shipping address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping address information provided by the Customer.
Shipping Delays and Natural Disasters
While we are not responsible for packages lost due to natural disasters or uncontrollable events, we will offer a replacement for the lost items.
Delivery to Shipping Address
VALUSIS will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the ordered products to the shipping address provided by the Customer within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free Promotions Returns
If you return the free item or the free item has arrived defective, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the other items, you will receive a refund for the product, minus the value of the free product at the time of purchase. For example, if your cart contains an item for $80, $70, and $60, the $60 product will be the one set free. If you decide to return the $70 product, your refund will be $70 minus $60 for the free product, so the total refund will be $10. General terms and conditions also apply.
Order Fulfillment Disclaimer
There are times when some items are labeled on the website as "Pre-order" and we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock. In such cases, we may have to delay your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order.
Accountability and Awareness
By forming an account on our website/app or by placing an order, you adhere to all the terms and conditions, privacy policy, service terms, and refund policy of VALUSIS. In no such event can it be claimed that the consumer was unaware of these terms, and any claim against VALUSIS that does not acknowledge these terms shall be invalid before the court or any authority in any jurisdiction.

This Policy is established to safeguard the interests of VALUSIS and ensure equitable and transparent transactions with our valued customers.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising from this Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
If Refund is not Approved
In the event that a refund is not approved for any reason, including but not limited to the failure to meet eligibility criteria outlined in VALUSIS's Return Policy, you ("Customer") shall keep the product.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy
VALUSIS reserves the unilateral right to update, amend, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise required by law, any such changes may be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services and purchasing products after the posting of any changes to this Policy, you agree to be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. Without notice, such changes shall be deemed valid and enforceable against the consumer.
